The Phelps Family
Fulfilling a 40-year dream
 Local residents, Bill Phelps and his late
wife, Nancy, purchased the 11-acre site at the corner of Corral
de Tierra Road and Highway 68 in 1970.
The property was zoned
for commercial development. Now 40 years later, the site is
still zoned commercial.
Today, Bill and his children are working to get county approval to move
ahead to develop their commercially zoned property on Highway 68 in the Toro Area. The family team has
formed a partnership called Omni Resources LTD. The Phelps
Family is committed to building a high-quality,
neighborhood-serving, commercial and social center for the
Corral de Tierra community.
